Romina S. Romay is a composer, pianist, conductor
and improviser. With a background in classical music,
she specialises in new and experimental
computer-assisted music. Her compositions are mainly
for acousticand mixed ensembles. She makes interactive
installations,multimedia creations and educational
activities withnew technologies. As a performer, she works
with extended techniques for piano, generative music
and real-time electronics.
The themes that often appear in her artistic work are:
ecology,sustainable development and human self-exploration.
She is currently doing a PhD in Musical Composition
at the University Côte d’Azur in Nice, France,
working on microtonal composition from metadata.

Dreaming Fields of Action
Project being developed between the SPIIC ensemble, the University of Music and Theatre HfMt of Hamburg and an ensemble composed of students from the Conservatoire de musique de Nice and the Université de la Côte d’Azur. The first concert will take place during the “Dialogue of the Arts” days in November 2020.Link
